They handle ammonia, urine, and amines; hydrogen sulfide, fecal odors, and mercaptans; and body odor, food, and cooking smells. Used across commercial, industrial, and residential settings, available fragrance-free, scented, ready-to-use, or as concentrate with starting dilutions of 5 to 15 percent.

Applied through automatic drip systems, perimeter fogging, or direct spray, and dosed against the total volume being treated. Consistent application prevents new gases from forming as well as combating those already present.

Odor and Stain Removers
Some odors live in a residue: grease in a kitchen drain, organic buildup in a trash chute, urine in carpet fibers. For these, we offer double-action formulas that clean the surface and permanently deodorize it in one step.
These products combine emulsifiers for oil and grease with the same neutralizing chemistry as our air care line. They remove the source material, and with it the stain and the smell it keeps producing. Common applications include carpet cleaning and deodorizing, kitchens and grease traps, trash chutes and compactors, concrete and hard surfaces, and pet accident cleanup.

Every Odornet product ships as a concentrate, in containers sized to the job: spray bottles and jugs for single rooms and service vehicles, buckets for facility-wide programs, drums and totes for continuous industrial use.
Most of our formulas come as concentrates, with a recommended dilution of 5 to 15 percent.

Case Study - Dominguez Channel
In the Fall of 2021 the South Coast Air Quality Management Division fielded 4,000 complaints from residents in multiple cities in LA county due to odors from the Dominguez Channel. Due to elevated levels of hydrogen sulfide, strong odors emanated throughout the community. The LA county public works department contacted the odor control experts at J&R Business Enterprises Inc.
